Step 1: Ensure you have an Instagram business account connected to a Facebook Page

Step 2: Enable the automated messaging feature on Instagram

This allows you to send and receive Instagram DMs from your unified inbox.

Step 3: Connect via the Settings page

1. In your Connectly inbox, go to the Settings page (bottom-left icon)
2. Follow the on-screen prompt and click the Login with Facebook button (red)
3. You will be redirected to Facebook, where step-by-step instructions will guide you through connecting your Instagram account
4. Accept all permissions when prompted
