Overview

The Connectly chat widget allows both prospective and existing clients to chat with your business directly from your Shopify store. Setup requires copying a small code snippet from the Connectly inbox and pasting it into your Shopify theme.

Steps

1. Log in to Shopify and go to the Themes tab

2. Click on Actions, then select Edit Code

3. Select the theme.liquid file

4. Insert the widget code and save

Insert your Connectly widget chat code just before the </body> tag, then save.
